Our personal experience with mental illness and suicide resulting from untreated mental illness has led us to choose to support an organisation who are doing amazing work in this field. 

It's almost certain that you know someone effected by mental illness or have experienced mental illness yourself at some stage in your life. Not surprising, considering the statistics! 

What we find more concerning is the percentage of people who suffer mental illness, that don't get help. 

We can change this together by raising awareness around mental illness, busting the stigma and giving to worthy organisations.

Black Dog Institute is the only organisation that investigates mental health across the lifespan. They also create user friendly resources so help is placed where and when it is needed before a crisis.
