Our Refund Policy - 30 Days to Return!

Hey there! We’re a small family business based in Perth, WA, and we absolutely love creating natural products that you will fall for every time. Your happiness means everything to us, and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase!

If, for any reason, you’re not completely in love with your order, don’t worry—we’re here to help make it right. We offer a 30-day return policy, so if something’s not quite right, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your items. Simply contact us through our Contact Us page. We’ll work with you to find a solution that makes you happy, whether that’s a refund or store credit.

To help us improve, we ask that you let us know why you’re unhappy with the product. This helps us better serve you and other customers in the future.

What Isn’t Refundable: We’re really sorry, but we’re unable to refund the shipping costs as these aren’t refundable from our suppliers. However, if we ask you to send a product back to us, we’re happy to provide you with a shipping credit to help cover the cost. Thanks for your understanding!

A Little Tip: If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend doing a small patch test before using any new skincare product more widely. It’s a great way to make sure everything works perfectly with your skin! Since everyone's skin is unique, we can’t guarantee that all products will be suitable for everyone, and we aren't responsible for any skin reactions that may occur.

Damaged Products? We’ve Got You Covered! If your items arrive damaged (note: we can’t accept responsibility for damages caused after you receive the product), please send us clear photos of the damaged items right away—ideally on the day you receive them. Email the pictures to admin@eliabalmsandblends.com within 3 days of receiving your package. We may ask you to return the damaged items to our PO Box, and don’t worry—we’ll cover the return shipping costs!

To be eligible for a refund on damaged goods, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Once we’ve reviewed the photos or the returned item, we’ll assess the situation and let you know how we’ll proceed with your refund.

Store Purchases: Please note that we can only accept returns for items purchased directly on our website. Items bought in stores or from other online retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
